It works 24/7 and can engage hundreds of leads simultaneously. Integration with calendaring tools (Calendly, Chili Piper) allows automatic meeting booking. The AI's conversational ability is good but not perfect. Some leads prefer human interaction, and the system requires fallback rules for when the AI can't answer a question.
